We’re glad you’re here. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions that help us serve you better and ensure a smooth experience.

1. Products

We offer a wide range of customized and pre-designed digital & printed photo products, including frames, polaroids, photobooks, keychains, greeting cards, and more.
All images shown on our website are for reference only. There may be slight variations in colors or textures due to different screens and printing processes.

2. Order Process

We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options for your convenience.
For customized products, we recommend choosing Prepaid, as the order can only be processed after we receive full customization details and payment confirmation.
If you choose COD for a customized product, we may contact you for a partial advance payment to begin production. Failure to pay the advance within the given time may lead to order cancellation.
Once your order is confirmed and all required details are submitted, it will be moved into production and cannot be modified or cancelled, especially for personalized items.
Please ensure all information (photos, names, messages) is double-checked before placing the order.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without prior notice, but your confirmed order amount will remain unaffected.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, product photos, and content on the Photu website are copyrighted and owned by Photu.
Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

5. Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. Please ensure that images or text do not violate copyright laws or contain offensive/abusive content.
We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates these guidelines without a refund.

7. Liability

Photu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, is limited to the value of the product purchased.
