At Photu, we work hard to ensure your orders are created with love and delivered with care. Here's everything you need to know in case there’s an issue with your order:
📌 Customized Products (Made Just for You)
Since these items are specially made with your photos or text, they are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please double-check:
- Image quality
- Spelling and customization inputs
before confirming your order.
✅ When Replacements Are Offered
We’ll be happy to replace your order free of charge if:
- Your product is damaged in transit
- You received the wrong product
- There's a printing or manufacturing defect from our end
To qualify for a replacement:
- Email or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear photos showing the issue
- Include your Order ID
After verification, we will dispatch your replacement at no cost.
📦 Pre-designed (Non-Customized) Products
- Return/exchange available within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the fault is on our side
